AIDA Antibody (A303-302A) in WB

Detection of human AIDA by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), Jurkat (J; 50 µg) and HEK293T (T; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-AIDA antibody (Product # A303-302A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL (A) and 0.4 µg/mL (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. AIDA acts as a ventralizing factor during embryogenesis. Inhibits axin-mediated JNK activation by binding axin and disrupting axin homodimerization. This in turn antagonizes a Wnt/beta-catenin-independent dorsalization pathway activated by AXIN/JNK-signaling.
