AMER1 Antibody (MA5-24343) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of AMER1 in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells. Samples were incubated in AMER1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24343) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
