ANAPC2 Antibody (PA5-96916) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ANAPC2 in paraffin-embedded rat spleen. Samples were incubated with ANAPC2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96916) using a dilution of 1:300 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

A large protein complex, termed the anaphase-promoting complex (APC), or the cyclosome, promotes metaphase-anaphase transition by ubiquitinating its specific substrates such as mitotic cyclins and anaphase inhibitor, which are subsequently degraded by the 26S proteasome. Biochemical studies have shown that the vertebrate APC contains eight subunits.
