Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

ESTs have been isolated from colon, connective tissue, heart, heart/melanocyte/uterus, and kidney libraries. It is associated with G-proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
