Western blot analysis was performed on modified whole cell extracts (1% SDS) (30 µg lysate) of HCT 116 (Lane 1), HeLa (Lane 2), SK-BR-3 (Lane 3), Caco-2 (Lane 4), SW480 (Lane 5) and tissue extracts of Mouse testis (Lane 6) and Rat testis (Lane 7).
