CBP Antibody (A300-362A) in WB

Detection of human CBP by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, LNCaP, MCF-7, and K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBP antibody (Product # A300-362A) (lot A300-362A-2) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

CBP Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Detection of human CBP by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBP antibody (Product # A300-362A) (lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CBP was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (Product # A300-362A) (lot 1) and a second antibody against a different epitope of CBP (A300-363A). For blotting immunoprecipitated CBP, A300-362A was used at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
