Neutralization of CCL28 in BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with mouse CCR10. Samples were incubated in CCL28 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47722). Recombinant Mouse CCL28 chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with mouse CCR10 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). MEC is a secreted CC chemokine expressed primarily by epithelial cells of the bronchioles, salivary gland, mammary gland and colon. MEC signals through the CCR10 receptor, and chemoattracts resting CD4, CD8 T-cells and eosinophils. MEC contains six cysteines, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
