CD109 Antibody (PA5-47620) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of CD109 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human squamous cell carcinoma. Samples were incubated in CD109 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47620) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

CD109 is a member of the alpha2-macroglobulin/complement superfamily. The encoded GPI-linked glycoprotein is found on the cell surface of platelets, activated T-cells, and endothelial cells. The protein binds to and negatively regulates signaling of transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta).
