CD64 Antibody (PA5-47249) in WB
Western blot analysis of CD64 in RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line and J774A.1 mouse reticulum cell sarcoma macrophage cell line. Samples were incubated in CD64 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47249) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for FcγRI/CD64 at approximately 60-75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
