CHD7 Antibody (PA5-47918) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CHD7 in immersion fixed HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in CHD7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47918) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
