Knockdown of CHD8 was achieved by transfecting HCT 116 cells with specific siRNA (Silencer® select Product # S533282, S533284). Immunofluorescence analysis was performed on HCT 116 cells (untransfected, panel a-d), transfected with CHD8 specific siRNA (panel i-l) or non-specific scrambled siRNA (panels e-h). Acts as a suppressor of STAT3 activity by suppressing the LIF-induced STAT3 transcriptional activity.
