CLIC4 Antibody (A305-359A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse CLIC4 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CLIC4 antibody (Product # A305-359A) (lot A305-359A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Chloride intracellular channel 4 (CLIC4) protein, encoded by the CLIC4 gene, is a member of the p64 family; the gene is expressed in many tissues and exhibits a intracellular vesicular pattern in Panc-1 cells (pancreatic cancer cells).
