CREBRF Antibody (PA5-148434) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CREBRF in U2OS cells. Samples were incubated with CREBRF polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148434) using a dilution of 1:100 at 4° overnight followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 10% serum. Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.
