CRTAM Antibody (PA5-47185) in WB
Western blot analysis of CRTAM in human CD8+ T cells. Samples were incubated in CRTAM polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47185) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for CRTAM at approximately 85 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
