CXCL1 Antibody (PA5-46960) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of CXCL1 in perfusion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of rat liver. Samples were incubated in CXCL1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46960) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

In direct ELISAs, less than 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) KC is observed and less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) GRO alpha, rhGRO beta, rhGRO gamma, rmMIP-2, recombinant rat (rr) CINC-2 alpha, rrCINC-2 beta, and rrCINC-3.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.

CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL3, also known respectively as GRO alpha, GRO beta (MIP-2 alpha) and GRO gamma (MIP-2 beta), are members of the CXC subfamily of chemokines. Mature CXCL1/2/3 proteins bind with high affinity to the IL-8 receptor type B and are potent neutrophil attractants and activators. In vitro, the processed forms GRO-alpha(4-73), GRO-alpha(5-73) and GRO-alpha(6-73) show a 30-fold higher chemotactic activity.
