Coronin 3 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using Coronin 1C antibody (Product # PA5-21775) at 1:200 dilution.

Coronin 3 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human Sarcoma meta to brain Blood Vessel, using CORO1C (Product # PA5-21775) antibody at 1:100 dilution. Antigen Retrieval: EDTA based buffer, pH 8.0, 15 min.

Coronin 3 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of Coronin 3 was performed by separating 30 µg of various whole cell extracts by 10% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a Coronin 3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-21775) at a dilution of 1:1000 and a HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.

Coronin 3 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of Coronin 3 was performed by separating 30 µg of various whole cell extracts by 10% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a Coronin 3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-21775) at a dilution of 1:500 and a HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
