CrkL Antibody (PA5-95058) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of Crk-like protein was performed using 70% confluent log phase SH-SY5Y cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature. Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human K562 whole cell, human 293T whole cell, human U20S whole cell, human Hela whole cell, rat thymus tissue, rat brain tissue, mouse thymus tissue, mouse brain tissue. Flow: U251 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
