Cyclin M4 Antibody (A304-469A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse Cyclin M4 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN and RIPA lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Cyclin M4 antibody (Product # A304-469A) (lot A304-469A-1) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the ancient conserved domain containing protein family. Members of this protein family contain a cyclin box motif and have structural similarity to the cyclins. The encoded protein may play a role in metal ion transport. Mutations in this gene are associated with Jalili syndrome which consists of cone-rod dystrophy and amelogenesis imperfecta.
