DGAT1 Antibody (MA5-53856) in WB
Western Blot analysis of DGAT1. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with DGAT1 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53856) with a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:20,000. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.
