DHRS2 Antibody (PA5-25258) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of DHRS2 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skin carcinoma. Samples were incubated with DHRS2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25258) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

DHRS2 displays NADPH-dependent dicarbonyl reductase activity in vitro with 3,4-Hexanedione, 2,3-Heptanedione and 1-Phenyl-1,2-propanedione as substrates. DHRS2 do not reductase activity is displayed in vitro with steroids, retinoids and sugars as substrates. This protein may inhibit cell replication.
