DLL1 Antibody (PA5-115126) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of DLL1 in HeLa cells. Samples were treated with PFA, permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked in 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), and incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115126) at a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr at 37°C). Secondary staining was applied with mouse anti-beta tubulin; AlexaFluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red); AlexaFluor 88 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) and DAPI (blue) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr at 37°C).

DLL1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of DLL1 in human cardiac muscle tissue sections. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115126) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

DLL1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of DLL1 in mouse lung tissue (left lane: treated with blocking peptide). Samples were incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115126).

DLL1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of DLL1 in rat heart (left lane: treated with blocking peptide). Samples were incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115126).

Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for Notch receptor. It blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.
