DNAJC15 Antibody (PA5-101003) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of DNAJC15 in human colorectal cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with DNAJC15 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101003) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

DNAJC15 is a negative regulator of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. DNAJC15 prevents mitochondrial hyperpolarization state and restricts mitochondrial generation of ATP. DNAJC15 also acts as an import component of the TIM23 translocase complex, and stimulates the ATPase activity of HSPA9. Diseases associated with DNAJC15 include Cicatricial Entropion.
