Immunoprecipitation of DNMT1 in 200 μg extracts of 293T cells. Samples were precipitated with 3 μg DNMT1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120920). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using DNMT1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120920) at a dilution of 1:1,000.
