DPCD Antibody (MA5-55675) in WB
Western blot analysis of DPCD in 15 µg of rat testis. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. DPCD band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary DPCD monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55675) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.
