Draxin Antibody (PA5-48097) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Draxin in immersion fixed SH‚SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Draxin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48097) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

Chemorepulsive axon guidance protein required for the development of spinal cord and forebrain commissures. Acts as a chemorepulsive guidance protein for commissural axons during development. Able to inhibit or repel neurite outgrowth from dorsal spinal cord. Inhibits the stabilization of cytosolic beta-catenin (CTNNB1) via its interaction with LRP6, thereby acting as an antagonist of Wnt signaling pathway.
