E2F7 Antibody (A303-037A) in IP
Detection of human E2F7 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-E2F7 antibody (Product # A303-037A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. E2F7 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-E2F7 antibody BL11012, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated E2F7, BL11012 was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
