ETV3 Antibody (A303-736A) in IP
Detection of human ETV3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ETV3 antibody (Product # A303-736A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ETV3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ETV3 antibody A303-737A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ETV3, A303-737A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
