Immunohistochemistry analysis of EXO1 in rat testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with EXO1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101332) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

EXO1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of EXO1 in extracts from various samples. Samples were incubated with EXO1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101332) using a dilution of 1:1,000. Lane 1: Colo205 cells (heat-shock treatment); Lane 2: Mouse testis; Lane 3: Ec304 cells (heat-shock treatment). Observed bands: 85 kDa.

EXO1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of EXO1 extracts from Rat brain. Samples were incubated with EXO1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101332) using a dilution of 1:1,000. Observed bands: 80 kDa.
