FAM76B Antibody (A303-368A) in IP
Detection of human FAM76B by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FAM76B antibody (Product # A303-368A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. FAM76B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FAM76B antibody A303-369A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated FAM76B, A303-369A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
