Western blot was performed using FCER1G Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-109716) and a 10 kDa band corresponding to FCER1G was observed. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of THP-1 (Lane 1), RAW 264.7 (Lane 2), SK-O-V3 (Lane 3) and Neuro-2a (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0342BOX), 12 well.
