Western blot analysis of GLYR1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with GLYR1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-121221) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 5s.

靶标信息

GLYR1 may have oxidoreductase activity. It regulates p38 MAP kinase activity by mediating stress activation of p38alpha/MAPK14 and specifically regulating MAPK14 signaling. It indirectly promotes phosphorylation of MAPK14 and activation of ATF2. The phosphorylation of MAPK14 requires upstream activity of MAP2K4 and MAP2K6. It is recruited on chromatin, recognizes and binds trimethylated 'Lys-36' of histone H3 (H3K36me3).
