HCoV-HKU1 Spike S1 Antibody (PA5-120768) in WB
Western blot analysis of HCoV-HKU1 Spike S1 in extracts of Human coronavirus HKU1 (isolate N5) (HCoV-HKU1) Spike Protein (S1+S2 ECDHis Tag). Samples were incubated with HCoV-HKU1 Spike S1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120768) using a dilution of 1:500, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 180s.
