IDE Antibody — Figure 3. Expression of pathological factors in 3xTg-AD model mice following treatment with Simvastatin. ELISA assays were performed and determine that (A) Simvastatin treatment reduced intracellular levels of Abeta-42 and Abeta-40 peptides in the cerebrospinal fluid. Furthermore, (B) Simvastatin treatment downregulated IL-1beta and MCP-1 in the cerebrospinal fluid and (C) Simvastatin treatment upregulated neprilysin and insulin in the cerebrospinal fluid.
