INO80 Antibody (A303-370A) in IP
Detection of human INO80 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-INO80 antibody (Product # A303-370A) (lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. INO80 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-INO80 antibody A303-371A. For blotting immunoprecipitated INO80, A303-371A was used at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Recruited by YY1 to YY1-activated genes, where it acts as an essential coactivator. Binds DNA. In vitro, has double-stranded DNA-dependent ATPase activity. Involved in UV-damage excision repair, DNA replication and chromosome segregation during normal cell division cycle.
