Immunocytochemistry analysis of IQGAP2 in HeLa cells. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; IQGAP2 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53672) with a dilution of 1:1,000 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Low. Scale bar: 20 μm.

IQGAP2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of IQGAP2. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with IQGAP2 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53672) with a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:20,000. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.

IQGAP2 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. 293T cells were transfected with IQGAP2 shRNA and decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blotting using Anti-IQGAP2 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (23GB4020) (Product # MA5-53672) at a dilution of 1:5,000. Secondary antibody used was a goat anti-rabbit (HRP) at a dilution of 1:20,000. {KD}
