JARID2 Antibody (PA5-97257) in WB
Western blot analysis of JARID2 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with JARID2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97257) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Jumonji (JARID2) is a nuclear protein that participates in the negative regulation of cell growth. It is required for neural tube formation and is essential for normal heart development and function. Also, it is a part of a group of proteins characterized by a novel structural motif, the JmjC domain, which is implicated in chromatin regulation through histone demethylation.
