Immunocytochemistry analysis of Japanese Encephalitis Virus NS1 in paraffin-embedded Japanese encephalitis virus BHK-21; (Red: NS1 (JEV) cells). Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer (pH 6.0, 15 min). Sample was treated with paraffin-embedded, incubated with monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35916) at a dilution of 1:500, followed by DAPI (blue).
