KLF2 Antibody (MA5-24300) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical analysis of KLF2 was detected in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells using human KLF2 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24300) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the 557-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper pane and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.

In direct ELISAs, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) KLF17 and no cross-reactivity with rhKLF1, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 17, recombinant mouse KLF4 or 15 is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
