IL2RG Antibody (MA5-29720) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of mouse IL2RG in mouse splenocytes. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with IL2RG Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (11) (Product # MA5-29720, 1:60) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green).

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. IL2RG is an important signaling component of many interleukin receptors, including those of interleukin -2, -4, -7 and -21, and is thus referred to as the common gamma chain. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID), as well as X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID), a less severe immunodeficiency disorder.
