CD158a Antibody (MA5-40962) in Flow
Flow cytometric analysis of human CD158a expression on human whole blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood lymphocytes were stained with CD158a Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (124), FITC (Product # MA5-40962). The histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.

The encoded protein is a phosphoinositide phosphatase that specifically dephosphorylates phosphatidylinositol 3,5-biphosphate and phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate. Mutations in this gene are correlated with autosomal dominant centronuclear myopathy. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 18.
