MCM6 Antibody (PA5-79649) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of MCM6 using anti-MCM6 antibody (Product # PA5-79649) . MCM6 was detected in a section of A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 5μg/mL rabbit anti-MCM6 antibody (Product # PA5-79649) overnight at 4°C.
