MICU1 Antibody (PA5-109325) in WB
Western blot analysis of CBARA1 in Positive control: Lane 1: Mouse kidney tissue lysate, Lane 2: Rat brain tissue lysate, Lane 3: HeLa cell lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with CBARA1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109325), at a dilution of 1:500 (5% BSA, 2 hours), followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.

It may act as a calcium sensor via its EF-hand domains, gating the activity of a calcium channel partner. MICU1 induces T-helper 1-mediated autoreactivity, which is accompanied by the release of IFNG.
