Immunohistochemistry analysis of MTHFD1L in paraffin-embedded mouse spinal cord. Samples were incubated with MTHFD1L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76315) using a dilution of 1:200. Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

MTHFD1L is an enzyme involved in THF synthesis in mitochondria (Christensen et al., 2005 [PubMed 15611115]).
