MYH14 Antibody (MA5-51391) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry (confocal imaging) analysis of MYH14 in paraffin-embedded Human colon cancer. Samples were incubated with MYH14 Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-51391) using a dilution of 1:200 followed by Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:500 (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 40x. Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 0.01M citrate buffer (pH 6.0) prior to IF staining.
