Western blot was performed using Anti-NKp46 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-102860) and a 46 kDa band corresponding to Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 1 was observed in NK-92 cells which was upregulated upon serum starvation followed by Human IL-2 treatment.
