NLGN3 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — NLGN3 Polyclonal Antibody detects Neuroligin 3 protein at cytoplasm in rat brain by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat brain. NLGN3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78508) diluted at 1:500. Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min.

NLGN3 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of NLGN3 was performed by loading 15ug dorsal hippocampal lysate from NLGN3-/- mice (KO) and wildtype mice (WT). NLGN3 was detected at approximately 110kDa by using a NLGN3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78508) at a dilution of 1:100 in Blocking Buffer overnight at 4°C on a rocking platform, followed by a 1-hour room-temperature incubation of a donkey anti-rabbit IgG antibody at a dilution of 1:5000. This gene encodes a member of a family of neuronal cell surface proteins. Members of this family may act as splice site-specific ligands for beta-neurexins and may be involved in the formation and remodeling of central nervous system synapses. Mutations in this gene may be associated with autism and Asperger syndrome. Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
