Neurocan Antibody (PA5-47779) in IHC (F)
Immunohistochemical analysis of Neurocan in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse brain (medulla). Samples were incubated in Neurocan polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47779) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
