Neuroligin 1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Frozen) (IHC (F)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of Neuroligin 1 in perfusion fixed frozen sections of rat brain (cortex). Samples were incubated in Neuroligin 1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48050) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to neuronal cell bodies, processes, and dendritic spines.

Neuroligin 1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of Neuroligin 1 in rat embryonic cortical neurons, rat embryonic hippocampal neurons, and human brain (cortex) tissue. Samples were incubated in Neuroligin 1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48050) using a dilution of 0.1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Neuroligin 1/NLGN1 at approximately 117 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
