Western Blot analysis of OCA2 using a OCA2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98335) at a concentration of 8.93 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in: K562 whole cell lysate, 293T whole cell lysate, A549 whole cell lysate, U87 whole cell lysate, HL60 whole cell lysate, Rat brain tissue. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 93 kDa.
