PAPOLA Antibody (A301-008A) in IP
Detection of human PAPOLA by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PAPOLA antibody (Product # A301-008A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. PAPOLA was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PAPOLA antibody A301-009A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PAPOLA, rabbit anti-PAPOLA antibody A301-010A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
